Why I love Mojo Helpdesk's aging summary report for managing my customer support tickets

Hey Mojo Helpdesk users! I wanted to share with you my favorite feature: the Aging Summary report.

As a customer support agent, I’m always looking for ways to improve response times and customer satisfaction. The Aging Summary report has been a lifesaver for me. It’s a quick and easy way to see which tickets require urgent attention, so I can prioritize my workload and make sure my customers are getting the support they need.

One of the things I love about the Aging Summary report is how flexible it is. I can segment my tickets by Agents, Forms, Queues, Types, and Tags, which gives me a more detailed view of my ticket data. This has helped me identify bottlenecks in my ticket management process and make improvements to ensure that all tickets receive timely attention.
