Mojo Helpdesk will be undergoing maintenance this weekend, Saturday July 13th 2024.
Maintenance window:
- Saturday July 13th 2024 from 4 am to 7 am CST
Impact and downtime:
- No downtime expected
During the maintenance window, Mojo Helpdesk service will remain available. Some users will be logged out.
Work that will be done:
- We will move all North America help desks that do not use a custom domain name to a new server cluster also located in North America. In other words, if your help desk domain name ends with mojohelpdesk.com (e.g. mysupport.mojohelpdesk.com) then your help desk will be moved to the new cluster.
- Furthermore, the user portal will be updated with the latest Mojo UI technology. From a user standpoint, there are very little visible changes.
