Happy Friday! Here are the list of this week software updates.
- added bounce email for user not allowed to created tickets.
- fixed a case of shifting 1 day back when picking due or schedule date on ticket
- fixed classic user portal new ticket form drop-downs when value is null string
- fixed the redirect for ticket creation links using classic UI to new UI if account is beta tester
- fixed an issue when ticket got comment on time for the first response SLA, then put on hold, and first response due was grayed out instead of showing green
- fixed the checks for empty value of the required drop down fields
- various small back-end tweaks and fixes
